The Associate Administrator reports to the Campus Administrator and is responsible for all aspects of the residential child care program within the assigned area. The Associate Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the MCH model of care is effectively implemented; and services are provided in a cost efficient manner and in compliance with agency policies/procedures and standards established by applicable licensing and accrediting bodies. This position requires a thorough understanding of and demonstrated competency in the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) techniques developed by the Institute of Child Development at Texas Christian University. The Associate Administrator is responsible for hiring, supervising, directing and evaluating staff; monitoring program effectiveness; and the management and oversight of the operational budget for and in the assigned area.
