Associate Administrator
The Associate Administrator reports to the Campus Administrator and is responsible for all aspects of the residential child care program within the assigned area. The Associate Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the MCH model of care is effectively implemented; and services are provided in a cost efficient manner and in compliance with agency policies/procedures and standards established by applicable licensing and accrediting bodies. This position requires a thorough understanding of and demonstrated competency in the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) techniques developed by the Institute of Child Development at Texas Christian University. The Associate Administrator is responsible for hiring, supervising, directing and evaluating staff; monitoring program effectiveness; and the management and oversight of the operational budget for and in the assigned area. Must have or be eligible to obtain Child-Care Administrator License in Texas. Child-Care Administrator License must be obtained within six months of accepting position. Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required as well as two years experience in a residential care facility or comparable experience. Apply online.

Recreation Coordinator
Full time recreation coordinator will be responsible for all recreation programs. This position is required to have the physical ability to instruct and participate in all activities. Must be able to work independently and develop innovative programs for youth in residential care. Flexible schedule will require working afternoons, evenings and weekends. Homeparents 
Full-time homeparents work 7 days on and 7 days off under the supervision of the Unit Manager and Campus Administrator. Homeparents are responsible for the daily supervision of youth in the home unit. Additionally, homeparents are responsible for teaching daily living skills, problem management, building team relationships, home unit management, and having an up-to-date awareness of Methodist Children’s Home policies and procedures. Math Teacher, Grades 6-12
The  UT University Charter school currently has a job opening for a full time math teacher to provide students with learning activities and experiences to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth.  A valid Texas teaching certificate for Math Grades 6-12, i.e. Math Grades 8-12 and Generalist Grades 4-8 is required. Applicants must meet Highly Qualified standards as established by the No Child Left Behind Act. Equine Coordinator
Full time equine coordinator provides individual and group work services at the Boys Ranch, instructs horsemanship classes, and supervises all horseback riding, and some other recreational activities. Assess, plan, and evaluate equine programs. Teach horsemanship classes on a regular rotation, as well as maintain horses and equipment. Bachelor's or equivalent education and experience required, degree in Recreation or Social Work desired. Must be 21 or order, have good driving record, and clear criminal history. Apply online.

Full time position will recruit, supervise foster homes and provide family preservation services to children and families in Tarrant County. Foster care experience is preferred. Community Services Director - Lufkin
Full time position will manage and oversee the operation of the Community Services office, recruitment, training, licensing and supervision of foster homes.  Director will also be responsible for assessment, intake, service planning and supervision of placement of children in appropriate foster homes. Position will work with parents or managing conservators for family reunification and provide partnership in parenting when appropriate. Must maintain high level of compliance with MCH policy and procedures, accreditation standards and TDFPS Licensing standards. Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, two years child placing experience, and Texas Child Placing Agency Administrator Licence or eligibility. Apply online.
