ADMISSIONS APPLICATION
Below are procedures for beginning the admissions process to the Methodist Children's Home Waco campus and Boys Ranch:

Please call the Admissions Office at 1-800-964-9226 (toll-free) or 254-750-1237 for an initial phone screening to determine eligibility for admission to Methodist Children's Home. During this telephone visit, the admissions staff will give further instructions about the admissions process and completion of these forms.
